If you request a quote from us, you are giving us consent to use that information to provide you with that quote. We do not share or sell your information to third parties nor do we send out marketing letters or emails. This supplied information will be stored safely for a maximum of 2 years and then safely destroyed.
If we should then go on to carry out the work for you, any personal information you have supplied to us, emails relating to the work and the final surveys and reports are permanently stored in a secure cloud based storage facility to allow access in the future, if required. This personal information will be permanently retained unless requested by you, via email to info@cbatrees.co.uk.
